Services will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Walk-ins are discouraged and we will only accept unscheduled customers if there is a slot available and based on physical distancing rules. Appointments should be requested at least 24 hours due to limited capacity.
We require customers to come wearing their own masks. We are not able to provide masks and customers without masks may be refused and will be rescheduled.
A 15-minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Sanitizing floor mat will be placed at entry for shoes.
Temperature screening for everyone upon entry. Individuals with temperatures over 37.5 or showing flu-like symptoms will be asked to reschedule.
We request customers with travel history of 14 days
from their appointment to reschedule.
Please respect physical distancing with other customers.
Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance, by the cash register, and work stations. We welcome customers to refresh their hands upon entering.
We also have a wash area for customers who prefer to wash their hands with water and soap before their service.
To respect physical distancing, we can only allow a maximum of 4 persons in the waiting area. Only customers with confirmed and immediate appointments are allowed to wait at the lounge, except for a parent or a guardian accompanying a minor or client with disability.
Complimentary hot towel and chair massages will be suspended to limit contact.
Food & beverage will not be served and cannot be consumed in the premises.
Face masks must be worn at all times inside the premises.
Credit/Debit card transactions are preferred (Visa or Mastercard only)
As part of the uniform, our team will be wearing masks/shields/PPEs, and disposable gloves.
For now, we have instructed our team to refrain from shaking customer’s hands.
Work stations and surfaces will be wiped down and sanitized before and after each service.
Tools used for services will be disinfected before and after each service.
Entire shop will be cleaned and disinfected before opening and after closing.
We request customers who are not feeling well or have persistent cough to reschedule their appointments.
We request your RESPECT, PATIENCE, and UNDERSTANDING as we all adapt to the times.

“Spoiler: It’s been 9 years I’ve been in the Philippines and this is the best barber experience I’ve had so far.
The journey starts with a great location and a very well designed and cosy interior making you feel at home as soon as you enter Covent facing the beautiful bar.
I was welcomed by a complimentary drink included with my treatment (you can choose from water to a well crafted gin drink).
As soon as the barber was ready, – on time! – I sat down on a comfy reclining chair for my face and head massage (done by Marvin) and haircut (done by Raul). Both treatments were done with professionalism and care and I loved them.
The haircut I got is undoubtedly the best I’ve had in 9 years in the Philippines, and in a really super nice setup. I made Covent my new place to go to if I need to freshen up my look or a quick drink after work.
